"Jen is super good at what she does. I am 21yrs old as of writing this and I have suffered with back pain for a few years now. Nothing out of this world painful but definitely uncomfortable. I can’t sit without a back rest or stand for long periods of time. Doctors have written me off and said I was “fine”, just because my x-rays looked good. Jen showed empathy and a genuine care of me. She makes you feel heard and doesn’t give you the sense that she wants you out of her office as soon as possible like other healthcare workers sometimes do. We are about halfway in and I’m feeling very hopeful that what she’s been teaching me is my path to a strong, “fit4life” body."
